Show/Edit Shortcut Keys menu and documentation needs work
As a new purchaser of BSG:Deadlock, I'm really looking forward to learning how to play. Looks like you've done a fantastic job on this title. However, challenges with learning the shortcut keys are robbing some of the joy. The documentation / organization needs some serious work, IMHO: 1) The listin...

Re: Immediate crash on two Android Devices
Hey, zakblood, thanks for checking in. Actually I don't think the post is helpful in my situation, as I'm dealing with the problem on two unmodified devices, with default system settings. Re: the screen shot, unfortunately there's little more I can give. On the Galaxy Notes 10.1 tab, it never throws...

Re: No auto-save?
Gosh am I glad I came here. The above thread is about the PC version which also allows you to save at any point, but doesn't have any kind of autosave because it doesn't need it. The original poster's PC kept overheating (usually a dust issue). Pip For what it's worth, I would disagree with both as...

Immediate crash on two Android Devices
Hi, I have qvadriga installed on two Android devices, a Samsung Galaxy S5 Active and a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tab. Qvadriga crashes on both of them before it's able to download the extra content. On the S5, it successfully checks license validation, then crashes. On the Galaxy Note, it verifies li...

Re: Why am I seeing same dice rolls each time?
Ah, that makes sense. Didn't think about the multiplayer cheating issue. Thanks!

Any user-created content on the horizon?
I'm still enjoying the campaign, but the user-created scenario page in the game is conspicuously empty. Are there any user-created scenarios or campaigns pending approval at Slitherine? Anywhere else one might find them online? Curious to see what other gamers have created, if anything...

Re: Why am I seeing same dice rolls each time?
Thanks for the reply. I read in a post that with Buzz Aldrin you can change the seed in the save file with a text editor: Quote: <SPMRandom RandomSeed="429" RandomUsageCounter="4908" /> Change the attributes to different values and try again, you'll certainly get a different outp...

Why am I seeing same dice rolls each time?
I'm seeing something unusual, but I'm new to the game so perhaps I don't understand. I'm playing the 3rd mission of the Gilrond campaign. I moved a Scout into the forest, thinking he would be invisible, but he's ganged up on by 4 lesser demons. Here's the interesting part: they get 8 basic attacks. ...

Re: No auto-save?
Thanks, zakblood_slith. I'll keep that in mind if the trouble returns. I appreciate your input.

Re: No auto-save?
zakblood_slith, thanks for taking so much time to try and help me out. I appreciate it! Actually, the problem hasn't reoccurred since the first crash, so I'm hoping it was a one-time thing. To answer your questions, actually my laptop was shipped from Lenovo with Windows 8 pre-installed. Also, the O...

Re: No auto-save?
Is it possible that the laptop is overheating? Try adding the line FPSLIMIT 100 to your user.txt file in My Documents/My Games/HELL. This will slow down the max framerate (laptops often tinker with the internal timings to save power and this can trick the system into rendering at too high a rate). ...

Re: No auto-save?
It's a Lenovo Thinkpad T530, Intel Core i5-3360M @ 2.8Ghz, 16GB RAM. It's also got Intel/Nvidia Optimus video. I'm able to run games that are much more graphically and computationally intensive without a problem.

Re: No auto-save?
Running on Windows 8.1. I noticed slow-down and stuttering, both of graphics and of music for about 2 minutes before the crash. Is there a reason why an auto-save feature wouldn't be implemented? Seems like it would be a simple and inexpensive way to avoid some frustration on the part of users. My t...

No auto-save?
Hello, I am just learning the game, and was on mission 1 of the Gilrand campaign when the program froze. I had to force close it, and expected the program would have auto-saved after the last completed turn. Instead I lost all of my progress on the mission and had to start over. Is there no auto-sav...
