Re: What new units would you like to see in the second allied dlc?

wars are won with the equipment that is the most, not some wunderwaffe. Ever played World of Tanks? Of course I haven't played but I know what's going on. I also understand that for most players new prototype weapons are very attractive in the game and I also understand that it's...

Re: What new units would you like to see in the second allied dlc?

Yes, I know, especially in the last period of the war - jet fighters or super tanks (especially a lot of Japanese prototypes)
Unfortunately, that's the way it is, and I regret it very much.
When I play OoB, I remove it.

EDIT. But it is incomparably less in OoB than in PC and PC2

Re: What new units would you like to see in the second allied dlc?

TBH, I would prefer the game to feature equipment that was actually used during World War II, not some forgotten or prototype weapons. OoB differs from the PC precisely in that it tries to be more in line with historical realities. In addition, wars are won with the equipment that is the most, not s...

Re: Free France Campaign

There was a famous Italian movie about these events - "The Women" with Sofia Loren The commanders are also to blame for allowing it all as a "reward" for breaking the Gustav Line :? (They pretended they didn't know about it) EDIT. Adding a short note of these events would add profoundness an...

Hmmm... I think I'd vote in favor of this idea... :)

A short one - well, not the idea, the note I mean!
This is just my opinion but it would be fair

by bru888 » 20 Feb 2021 02:33 Eh, don't expect me to lionize them, though, after reading about what they did to citizens of the Liri Valley once the Allies had pierced the Gustav and Hitler lines and broken out of Anzio. Enough happened to allow me to say that, as a group they were fierce fighters ...

Re: Erik's Korean War

Hi Erik, Are you satisfied with such a Tiger on Sherman tank ? :) Unfortunately, I couldn't find better logo, in addition, this version of the camouflage will only apply to Sherman tanks, because other tanks have a star here, next issue - each other type of tank (Pershing, Chaffee) has a different t...

If you have the time, Kondi. Much appreciated.
I use the top 'tiger tank' pic in one of the scenarios. I'm currently playtesting a full campaign 1950 pt.1.
Very interesting project for me, I'll play with textures a bit

Re: Different skins

Question. What kind of skin would be recommended for US (and maybe Aussie/British) units in Korea 1950? The "tiger" camouflages were famous as the Americans tried to take advantage of the fact that the Koreans and the Chinese were superstitious, so they experimented with tanks painted in schemes de...

Re: Allies Defiant Reviews

Realistically, you should not be able to deploy Spitfires in North Africa much before 1942 as they were reserved for the defense of Britain and Channel Operations. You should be forced to rely upon Hurricanes and Tomahawks. The missed opportunity here I think was to do a repel a Malta Invasion inst...
