Re: Roadmap?

Roadmap looks good. I cannot say I would not like it if it was faster, but I understand you have to work with the resource you have and sometimes tracking down bugs can be difficult.

Re: So where are we?

Perhaps they have been quiet as they are spending their time working on the next update. I am hoping we will get the editor soon, that will do a long way toward allowing a much greater range of MP options. I could wish for the Action Cards, but I suspect those will take a while to integrate. I do fe...

Re: More bugs

Hmm, from my reading of the rules, the shot on the Panther is correct (side armor). In order to be rear armor the Ami tank would have to be one square forward (based on that picture). "Heavy Vehicle Targets: When attacking a heavy vehicle, draw LoS through one edge of the vehicle (to the cente...

Re: Autonomous units

A confirmation that says "You have an unactivated unit, are you sure you want to end your turn?" would be helpful. Preferably with a "do not display this message again" checkbox!

Re: ATTN markfeldman

That is a bit simplistic... unless you are using a reference hardware platform used to develop the program with a freshly installed OS install and absolutely no 3rd party applications of any kind, in which case please accept my apology. However, assuming you have your own machine and some random col...

Re: Why bother

There's a possibility of an exploit here by having a friend or even a second computer with a second account and letting the one player win all the time. If I can think it I know it can be done. Well, most things anyways. To fix this I think a all random multiplayer player picks are in order. You ne...

Re: Suppressive Fire

The manual is extremely unclear about this point, but I checked the forums and it seems you're right! Moreover, this interpretation of the rules makes much more sense to me, too. I changed the implementation of the suppressive fire to avoid doubling the LoS-related penalties. You'll find this in th...

Re: delete in multiplayer mode waiting in vain the opponent

This is very strange: I see your current game with Tycoon, but not your game against Lafrite. I'm going to investigate further with Slitherine's support. As soon as I know something more, I'll notify you in this thread. Well, you did something... the finished game with Lafrite has finally disappear...

Re: delete in multiplayer mode waiting in vain the opponent

Hi, nostradunwhich! I'm going to wipe a lot of dead finished games/challenge tomorrow, including yours. We will also take measures to allow the automatic deletion of games (and especially of password-protected challenges) after a certain time. I appreciate the efforts, but that game still exists. I...

Re: LOS

If I want to get rid of the white tail, without having first to select a target, and then clicking the red delete cross in the menu - then I'm forced to mouseclick in the black border surrounding the screen. In this way, I save a click or two if I change my mind, and just want to move my unit, inst...

Re: Nonfunctional

I have the same issue with a game of Home Alone. Got the email, but the game is still sitting there. Not sure if my opponent did not do some final action (he was the creator) but it is just sticking in my list.

I have my first finished games that show "waiting for opponent" that I would like to clear out as well. That game was completed - I got the email saying the battle is over... but the game remains on my list.

Re: Suggestion

I would like to see a Hero that wears his Helmet like they do In all the War movies- Crooked with the straps hanging down...that's the way the Duke would have done it! You should post this one over on www.devil-pig-games.com forums (you have to join to post). They created the original boardgame and...

Re: Activation tokens don't work properly in multiplayer

The problem is with the red blackground tokens. Why german has only one red token and we are on 4th activacion? In PBEM is difficult to remember who has been activated and without red tokens is a bit confused to play. And by the way, as american, I dont have any red token.. Everything is fine with ...

Re: Simple Math Fail!!

I agree. Personally I would love to see all the math and modifiers for a single combat in one area. I currently figure them out on my own but when my result and the game result differs it isn't easy to tell if it is my mistake or a bug. It would be helpful if the previously proposed logging mechani...

Re: perforating

it should add +1 to the roll to hit, not to the dammage table I hate to disagree with Tycoon, but that is the opposite of what happens with Perforating. It adds to the Damage Location roll. From the HoN rulebook: "Add 1 to the die roll when you determine the type of damage inflicted on a heavy...
