Ok. But if the lake is more than 1 hex wide, you would need multiple bridging units, one for each hex, making a chain across the lake. Example, first unit bridges onto the lake 1 hex. In the vanilla movement file, bridge engineers cannot enter lake terrain (value of -200 unless it is frozen). So the short answer is no.

Right now I need your help, I have to change (increase) move distance for the fleet. For example the distance from Halifax to Liverpool is 4200km = about 200 hex. That's because the AA guns in AT mode have a range of 1; so no counter-attack is possible. I'm not sure if this is a bug or WAI. 88 guns and SPAA do trigger a counter attack. maths' eq file.png First, you're missing a couple of tab spaces in your file. Info for the Pak40 and the 152mm are in the theatre column instead of the usable transports column. It's best to edit with a spreadsheet of some kind instead of notepad; it's too easy to make a mistake that you cannot see...

By the way, all the data files are easy to mess up; use a spreadsheet if you can. It makes it much easier to see what you're doing.
