The newest update will not play the game. Saved game and log files attached

The AI Necrons do not seem to produce Obelisks or Monoliths like they used to do.

Even with the new update released today, the AI does not use any fortifications from the fortification pack.

i haven't seen the AI use the new fortifications. I posted a report in the tech support section.

So far, I have not noticed that the AI playing the Necrons or the Orks have used the new fortification units in the Fortification Pack. Saved game attached.

Stand alone. It began when I installed my new 32" 4K monitor. I have had no trouble with any other program or game. I tried another mouse, but had the same issue.

I tried it. It didn't help. Also, the game does not play well on my computer and new 4k monitor in windowed mode. In fullscreen it plays great once I get the mouse to show which takes 2-4 restarts of the game.

When I start the game, I can't find my mouse pointer. Restarting the game, often multiple times, seems to be the only work around. Even then, the pointer is different than other programs. Any solutions?

I tried playing as Space Marines. They should be able to build more than one city. Only having one city too severely restricts how much they can build.

I tried this mod twice, but it freezes my computer.
