I have a Macbook from 2016 and I don't think there is any way PzC 2 can run on it with decent performance. Border as supply is up to the scenario designer.
If the map edge is made impassable it will not provide supply.

Duration is the number of turns the command will run. Such as 'Patrol' for 5 turns, then goto next command. Tolerance is for 'Base'. ie if you are within 'Tolerance' you are at the Base, and will reinforce [assuming Harasser mode]. Base may have some additional uses. Some things will have to be test...

Exporting equipment.pzdat through the Editor creates a new units.csv in the Data folder.

No. There are LUA manuals, but they don't help because PzC2 uses Subroutine Calls. The Subroutines/Functions are PzC2 calls written in LUA, not LUA functions.
