Jilu

Would be very interested to know your source for this
Prussian grenadiers did fight in skirmish formation when needed.
Cavalry was not used to punch through infantry, so no shock cav.
I take it you have not read about Frederick's cavalry colums.

Re: Southern League - The ECW (and a bit), London Round May

Great weekend in London.

Thanks to Tim for organising, Chris for putting me and Vicki up the night before, and to Don and Dave for two really good games.

Oooohh almost forgot to mention the excellent lunchtime curry.

Looking forward to next year.

Re: MKWS 2014

Play 800 points on a 6 x 4 in 25/28mm - that will take 3 hours plus...
Way too many points for a 6 x 4, just going to end up with lots of Swiss.

650 or even 700 points as a maximum.

As to period, how about ECW, plentry of 25/28mm armies out there.

Tim
Certainly, if you were a non-playing umpire you get an umpire credit. If you can get the official results updated to record same and let me know when done I will update it in the rankings. (April's I hope will be out in a week or two.)
Who do I need to speak to?

Re: UK Interest - FoGR National Rankings March 2013

Evening,

As there was an odd number at Clevedon and I could not play, should I be credited for umpiring?

I know it use to happen in the ancients.

Would anyone else like me to up date there details on the list? There is now an even number of players as Jery Bray has stepped forward with a Hindu Indian army. Re: Southern League - Clevedon round - Take away - Sun 24 Ma

I have decided against doing a draw, as I would like to get things moving and not have people standing around waiting for people to arrive. I will sort the players in such a way as to keep club members apart. I would also like to find a way for the infantry armies to get some favorable terrain in at...

Don,

I would love to blame anyone of those, but I am still one list short and wouldn't you know it, it is a local club member

If it is any help, Indian take aways are clearly way more popular
