Re: HELP! Can anyone beaten Coop AI without any DLC?

I'd also like a mode where the campaign makes me pay for ammo usage, especially ordinance and viper losses.
You already do. Restocking costs for vipers and missiles are applied at the start of the next battle.
Only when employing daidalos in that fleet it is free.
The losses are just very small.

Re: Modern Basestar is basically useless, needs buff

No it neither is useless or needs a buff. Maybe a small one would be oke, maybe larger munition supplies or a third munition slot. You got something right, yes you can defeat multiple Basestars quite easily with a Mercury or even a Jupiter. Basestars are not mainline warships, they are missile carri...

Anabasis is what you want. Its almost exactly the tv show theme of running away or ... well running back to the colonies.

Re: Four Questions

1st Because Raptors didnt undergo any heavy changes, except better avionics and CNP integration. 2nd, like the raptors the heavy raiders stayed pretty much the same. 3rd, well balancing reasons I would say. 4th, because she isnt. She might lorewise be there, because she was, but she is not payable w...

Pc or console?

Turning up your resolution might help? so everything gets smaller, so they should reappear where they are supposed to be on pc.

Re: Recalling Vipers when out numbered by Raiders??

Grab yourself a seat Lieutenant, I'll try to... illuminate you as best as I can. Your question is a good one, one that every commanding officer should ask himself. What could I have done differently? But what you said also states were you failed, you played by the books. Sadly the Cylons never learn...

Re: Recalling Vipers when out numbered by Raiders??

Thanks for your Sitrep Lieutenant. To answer your question in short, you can't. If you got time, I will try to explain why. You made the best out of an awful situation. It is war, you will always lose good men, that is inevitable. People die in war, that's the nature of our profession. But for what ...

Thanks Guys for your awesome work and the love you keep putting into Deadlock. You've done great work so far and this needs to be praised. I can't wait for the moment when you walk threw the blast door into Galactica's CIC and here the Officer of the Watch say "Attention! Admiral on Deck!", because ...

Re: Is It Me or Do the Ships in this Game Seem a Little Onesided?

That are some nice early game problems you've got there. First of all the amount of missiles fired by your ships is defined by your posture(offensive fires more missiles then defensive) and the Status of your Subsystems of Firecontrol and the Weapon Chamber. If you get hacked and get damage on one o...

Re: Acceptable Losses and ship crew compliment?

It depends on your game state, your economy, the amount of Cylons that are present on the map, the number of colonies you've got under the quorum and so on. While in the first few hours of game the losing of a berzerk can be quite a hit because it's one of your strongest ships and it costs quite a b...

Re: Acceptable Losses and ship crew compliment?

When we saw her first, we thought we already won. How could something that great, that heavily armored with such firepower be beaten? We all were pretty green then, most of the crews came directly from fleet academy and muster, transported via shuttle and raptors we had only one job, to reinforce th...

Re: Is Battlestar Galactica Deadlock canon to (TRS)?

The Valkyrie is a late warship. It is a modern Battlestar and I will not even argue about it. It only appeared in Caprica, because they reused visual assets just because it was cheaper and they've already got it done for the other series. Caprica was 58 years before the Fall, 58 years, more than hal...

Re: Spoilers - Silas Nash and BSG-75 in Sin and Sacrifice?

Does it actually make sense for Silas Nash to be the Galactica's commander at this point? It seems like the story actually has Samantha Agathon as the Commander of the Galactica, considering she always seems to be in command of the vessel. Different roles, Samantha Agathon is Praetor of the Caprica...

Re: Is Battlestar Galactica Deadlock canon to (TRS)?

Yes, it is canon and I don't get why you think otherwise. FIve of the Ships you mentioned are either Civilian Ships (Flattop & Watersled) or in the game (Jupiter, Berzerks, Celestra). The Orion is just an oversized Atlas, which also eliminates the Catamaran Class from the list. Perhaps the Atlas is ...

Re: Libran's Population

We don't know if this star map is entirely canonical. It could just be a whif in the numbers, can happen. But it could also be that libran suffered extensive damage in the first war, we are currently in. The later colonization shouldn't be a reason for fewer citizens because it still is a time span ...

Re: Jupiter-Class Names

One can argue with most of BSG Content. We definitely know that there were Battlestars called Atlantia, Triton, and Solaria. Which we know from the Reboot because Admiral Nagala took command of the Atlantia for the counterattack, in which all three vessels got destroyed. With the knowledge of naval ...

Re: Jupiter-Class Names

There were the Columbia, Prometheus, Jupiter, Pacifica, Triton, Atlantia, Rycon, Olduvai and Heracles besides the Galactica, Athena and Demeter. Which are the twelve Jupiters launched under the articles of colonization. The Columbia got destroyed in Operation Raptor Talon, the Rycon also got destroy...
