Stoas Too Strong?
So far I've found if I have a decent sized empire and build 10+ Stoas then the empire +5% commerce bonus stacking is just crazy strong. Pretty much means you end up with limitless money which you can then use to hire tons of mercs. Am I missing something or should the bonus be decreased a bit? I'd s...

From what I can tell, you need to keep them in a water zone adjacent to a land region that you control or a port that has enough supply. If you move them somewhere else then each turn they will start to take effectiveness hits.

Does the order really matter when queuing them? Could you just look at all existing legions that are queued across all regions plus all those in the field and the next one you add to the queue should include the cost increase for all of those.

I tried one other thing which is to switch to the latest generic Intel drivers (date 2/18/2021) rather than the Lenovo Intel OEM drivers as it is a newer version and has slightly newer Vulkan support but still have the same issue.

Fun tournament. Though I, like a few others have mentioned, would vote for a bit more time per round or at least not start one of the rounds a few days late! At the end of the day, no one wants to play a game where 2 armies stare at each other even if that did happen in some instances in history. That is kind of the whole point of trying to add some mechanic to urge players to march towards each other and fight. Again, I think there are multiple ways to ...

Right but I would argue that in that case Takeda's forces "won" the battle as he and his allies held the Asahiyama fortress and I'd consider him the defender in that case.

How is it realistic and smart for 2 opposing forces to sit and stare at each other? In history, there would have been an attacking force which would have advanced towards the defender even if they chose to sit in the more favorable terrain.
