I don't get it why the Hold Paris objective fails for me on turn 10, while the added Evacuation is completed. Normally, the game should wait for turn > 10 to check if the Paris flag is still Axis -> Hold Paris completed -> start evacuation objective. Somehow, everything is triggered there on turn 1...

But I get it, if the player chooses to defend one of the four hexes (e.g. "Kuuterselkä" during my (second :wink: ) playtest) of the "Phase 1 Completed" trigger till the end, one does not have to bother defending the whole northern part of the map anymore. I think I've tested inter-class AI orders, and they've worked so far. Like giving air units the "land" move to hex orders and such - of course, it doesn't work in all combinations.

Once the enemy planes are out of the map to refuel, do they go back on the map ? As a player you can re-deploy your planes. Although I get Erik's point (and I think he's right), it's only being "graphical" in nature and has no gameplay consequence as long as all torpedo planes have a three turn cooldown (and they have!).
This way it's always possible to torpedo-attack on the next possible turn after take-off.

Did you use cheat codes? (Except extra turns) It seems to me that this first mission is exaggerated. Imagine how it will look Omaha beach scn. :roll: No cheats.
