Suggestion - eliminate the mana requirements to use this ability. This should be an innate ability (after the exorbitant costs of the upgrade).

No issue with the spell that grants the ability to other units as that is a spell which grants the ability to a unit that normally doesn't have it...

Suggestions

1) Provide option to disable static animations (those other than move/fight) 2) I find the Spear-woman "Fortification" largely useless... This is a purely defensive posture, but by the time you a) move into position and b) (next turn) fortify - you have typically already taken a bunch of casualties....

A couple of other thoughts on Resting Units... 1) Resting Units should lose their retreat ability 2) Resting Flying units should be considered as "non-flying" when resting. This means they are vulnerable to any type of unit and thus need to be in a safe place to rest and not rest near the front line...

I just played the "Gap" scenario for the first time and I noticed something that really bothers me... "Resting" missile units still provide cover fire for adjacent units...? Ummm... WHAT??? Note that this effect also occurs when you upgrade from a weaker unit w/ more factors to a stronger unit with less factors. Youngings (max 10 goes to max 9) then upgrade to Shock (max strength is 4 (1 less than the normal 5). FWIW - I don't think the "-1 unit strength" should apply to upgraded units...

Did not work...

Downloaded/Installed the Redist... Still would not launch (same error)...

Reinstalled the game, same error...

Pretty fundamental issue when game won't even start...

Will Panzer Corps 2 have the option to use NATO symbols for units instead of the "cute" 3d images graphics? As an old(er) wargamer, I strongly prefer the basic NATO symbology... Not only is it easy on aging eyes, but it's much easier to look at a large map and instantly grok the tactical/operational...
