Re: difficulty settings, help

I have tried to play some Campaigns in fourth level "Governor". It is too hard to win. I never passed the first stage. The AI units are more resilient in fight. The whole AI strategy in the battle is more complicated in order to confuse and destroy you. When i have tried the same Campaign in Level 3...

Re: Poll on army selection rules

Good morning, The problem is to avoid unhistorical and anachronistic matcups between armies of different centuries. I have noticed that in the current league with my Greek army in the Classical Antiquity section and other sections of course. My proposal : The player with the highest rank in each div...

My proposal about it is, every player should choose one core army and one ally army.

Re: Classical Antiquity: winners post your results here . . .

Division D Bluefin (Syracuse) defeats General Kostas (Greek) 64-58. An absolute bloodfest with the battlefield strewn with casualties. The entire battle was tightly fought and could have gone either way. Thanks for the game. A linear battle without outflanking movements. A real massacre. Thanks!! v...

Division D KiFi (Macedonian) beat GeneralKostas (Greek) 46-20 A hard fought match by the Greeks. Thanks for the game General. KiFi It was really a tough game. My plan was a rapid advance against enemy's right flank in order to hit the pike phalanxes from behind. But, Macedonians fought well. My cen...

Re: Classical Antiquity: winners post your results here . . .

Division D General Kostas (Greek 460-281 BC) defeats General Shapur (Indian 500BC-319AD) 47-18 It was a great game. I decided to attack to the whole enemy's battle line with an outflank movement against Indian's left flank. The Indian Mass Archers are deadly in fire volleys, so i had to move quickly...

Re: Failed to connect to server

I am having similar problems since yesterday (twice today). I get the 'waiting message' for 20 seconds then the message that the games had failed to upload. On trying to upload a second time, on both occasions, the enemy troops disappear from the map and I immediately get the failed message again a...

Re: PBEM glltch?

Good morning. I don't know if i am writing in the right topic, but i have noticed a paradox in some multiplayer games. The paradox is, that the remaining in-game turns aren't the same with the remainings turns in the PBEM email notification. For example, in one game (The battle of Cunaxa) i have not...

Re: Huge negative critics on Imperator:Rome

I have seen the negative critics. Plus the game is too expensive. A big disappointment.

So i think, that the FoG Empires will be more attractive and easier in gameplay. I see nice graphics and colors. I like the battle system.

Re: Looking for Some Practice Games

Hello.

I am new in this game and i am looking for practice games. I play campaigns against AI so far and i am interested for multiplayer battles. It's a good chance to test myself against human opponents. So i am going to create a game for us and i will send you the details.

Kind regards,

Kostas
