Upon further review, could this exception be intended, so that the regular blacksmith can still be upgraded to tools manufacture?

Master Blacksmith doesn't replace normal one

I thought the "master" buildings were supposed to replace the normal ones, but this doesn't happen for blacksmiths as of patch 1.04. Is this a bug? I suggest reviewing that all the buildings work properly for 1.05.

Yes, I was just playing as Rome. Not even controlling all of Italy I'm already getting objectives in places like Caledonia.

Fair enough, but does the increase in cost apply to each one if multiple are bought in a single turn (I'm confused about this for other provincial units as well)?

For some reason they still don't get this bonus in patch 1.04. Was this intended to be fixed but forgotten?

I thought they were supposed to be limited to two, but apparently they're unlimited (as well as companions). Was that intended?

-Carthage starts game with sawmill in hills, but should only exist in forests. Why not replace with more terrain appropriate infrastructure building?

Yes, I've noticed the buildings and their prerequisites are a bit of a mess at the moment (wrong terrain, wrong slot, multiple of same building, etc.)

No that doesn't describe Egypt. None of the regions with desert or scorched desert terrain in the game had ever had high populations in real life, and the amount of irrigation required to make that happen was never feasible, even in modern times. No terrain restrictions on buildings?

For example, in the description for Flax Field it says it's restricted to plains, but I'm getting the option to build it in a forest region. Is this a bug? Maybe this also explains all the scorched desert regions that end up with 20+ population later in the game. I really hope this gets fixed.

Blockaded regions can't build ships?

It appears harbours are deactivated and thus can't build ships if the region is blockaded. This means in some cases there could be no way of defeating an enemy at sea if they begin the war with naval superiority. Who thought this was a good idea?

Great video, but the part from about 3:10 to 4:30 brings up a couple of concerns for me: The big open sea areas can apparently have combat just like the coastal areas, so unless there's a large chance of avoiding contact or something, don't they make unrealistically large choke points?
