I like the idea of 4 turns per year so that different seasons can be represented on the campaign and battle maps but accept 1 TPY may be more practical as mentioned above. Could the game make the top-down view mode rotateble?

I think use the top view mode(press M) can easy control units and view the situation of battlefield,and more like the fog1's battle view,but in game I can't rotate the map in this mode,that's really awkward and uncomfortable...

An option would be difficult to set, as changing the pace of the game implies changing a few things, so that everything remains roughly in balance. So indeed, you can edit a single number in a text file and change the turn time to something else (given the game is moddable), but this would have sid...

Please set the turn time to one season per a turn

Two years per a turn is too fast,one season per turn will make the game's playble time longer and more playability than before(players can do more things in one year).I don't wanna see another total war rome2(though that is one year per a turn but it is still fast).

Could the game set an option to let players turn off the vioce of turn start?

It's really,really too loud,even loudly than the voice of combat,nearly to shock me today.Or just cancel it like in the pike&shot and the Sengoku Jidai?I really think the voice of turn start is strident and useless.

Maybe too many bowmen(means massed archer units) shooting at the same time will made that loud,I think..... The fatigue depends on the units' quality,armor protection's degree,terrain,and battle times.Fatigue will recovery by turns,recover speed Is also depends on these.(similar to the morale system what already have)
