The scenario is missing a PZ-38t also, the boardgame version is identical with this exception. Once this tank gets put back in, it should be a slight bit easier

I have a question, why do the Hoplites in the Marathon scenario start out as Very Disordered? If you check there cohesion it says this. Shouldn't they be steady?
