Hello, ... but I am curious on how to place a land transport as a unit. I have also search and test the editor, by creating maps, and I don't know for such a thing, but a solution could be to create a new unit in the equipment file, then you can place it as standalone unit. Otherwise I think is not...

You mean support fire for nearby friendly units?. If that is the case, there is nothing I can do, those mechanics are hard coded in the game.
