Re: Onslaught on console

Onslaught the DLC is not yet available, Onlsaught the Game Mode exists with the "teaser" campaign of "The Curse".
Onslaught is likely to appear alongside Empire Aflame for Console, as we need to pass submissions etc. and will try to streamline the process.

Re: Explain to me again gold ratio

As Barbarians you are usually better off raiding settlements for gold/items than to keep Region wealth high. The only advantage of NOT doing that is that if you end with some Region Wealth still left, you get the remainder multiplied by a certain amount of gold as a reward after the mission ends. Bu...

Re: Weird savegame location

taht is a default setting with your windows - not something the game does. Essentially Windows wants to put everything to one-drive. I think you8 will need to uninstall the game and delete the game folders to get rid of the configuration that was given to the game by Win10.

Re: Bug with ending in "The True Path" mission

You should be able to retsratb the map and play through with the recent patch (note - NOT use one of the saves on that map)

Re: Invasion/Onslaught Feedback

Well, I think Onslaught caters more to people who like challenge over story/campaign. The next DLC will feature another epic campaign with loads of decisions and story while also giving very good replayability, so I think that will be more up your alley.

Re: The curse...really!

Well, for Ailsa it is a little harder admittedly at this junction - your best bet is to either summon defensively or give defensive spells to your front units and take a very cautious approach. If I remember correctly, the Trolls and HUmans will attack one another, so kiting them with a flying unit ...

Re: Problem with 1.02.10803

That looks like something the launcher/installer does, so I think this needs to be resolved on Slitherine's end.

Re: FG2 Invasion The Gap

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions. We are continuously looking at improving the game experience, so this is very welcome! Regarding Onslaught: That is exactly what you may be looking for - a very different set-up of units and factions and heroes mixed with more choices about which resource you...

Re: FG2 Invasion The Gap

Well on normal the amount of enemies at the wall make a difference - if the gaps between them are too big, you can simply run past them. On higher up levels they fill out the whole wall and your trackers would not be able to slip through. I hear what you say about unit choices, but our reasoning was...

Re: FG2 Invasion The Gap

For me the key has always been to break enemy morale so they give up the wall - usually I try to attack on the right, pepper them with Stagrider hit and runs and throwing rocks, then ride in with Falirson and protect him as well as I can and get the enemy running. Once they give up the wall position...

Re: Onslaught - feels short?

Yes, the Onslaught campaign has about the same number of maps than the Invasion one, but as you have branching paths, the average playthrough is shorter. It is geared more towards challenging your skills with different set-ups. The next DLC will feature another long campaign while also offering bran...

Re: Onslaught - feels short?

Well for Onslaught the idea was to give you a lot of variety and replayability with a different set-up and procedural maps as well as branching paths. So it has less story but is highly replayable. The next one will have another more "epic" campaign with a similar number of maps but the added bonus ...

Re: Unit Upgrades - Research vs. Scarce Resources

Well, we will add the chance to train units specifically in various areas with the next patch, which will also give you the chance to customize otherwise similar units to a degree. Regarding the above argument - in FG1 you had 6 levels of unit research, but the vast majority gave you "same but bette...
