An occupied territory should not be managed like an owned one, with its buildings, trade and economy, but it should be possible to pillage or forage. ... Intergarting battles from FoG2 isn't possible in multiplayer. Why is it not possible in MP? An occupied territory should not be managed like an owned one, with its buildings, trade and economy, but it should be possible to pillage or forage. I completely disagree. Slightly related: in the provinces movement cost map mode, what does the *(near the movement cost number) mean? Ex: "2*" (I am still trying to find the formula to find if an enemy army cam move or not to a specific province 2-provinces-away, and this might be what I am missing)

Diplomacy vs Humans and the AI are so different. I've got the same feeling; to me it seems different because you can see the AI's acceptance percentage, while it is irrelevant for a human player.
