Are CO-OP Random Games Possible?
Forgive me if my question has been answered already; I was unable to find anything using the forum Search. My friend and I are new to Panzer Corps 2 and were interested in doing a co-op game against AIs. We wanted to be Germany and Italy against Allies (AI). Is this possible? I've tried a few differ...

adherbal, great news and thanks for the reply. This will probably net you another sale, my friends in addition to mine (already in).

Re: Order of Battle: Blitzkrieg is OUT!
I'm finally taking the dip into the OOB waters with the release of Blitzkrieg. I was always more of a European-centric war-gamer although I have read up extensively on the Pacific. One future feature I've read about has me and a friend intrigued, the skirmish mode. If you can share anything about th...

Re: Order of Battle: Blitzkrieg - Check the screenshots
The game looks nice. I haven't played other iterations in the series so can someone tell me if this supports co-op multi-player? I was interested in playing it with a friend but not head-to-head.

I can't wait for them either along with the Cards and the StuG III G, my favorite vehicle of WW2.

Re: Live game
The Slitherine PBEM++ server tracks the number of times a turn is repeatedly downloaded and flags the player if it is suspicious. Someone from Slitherine can confirm this but I believe they can be banned from multiplayer. Now is it possible to get away with it sure but repeat offenders are more like...

Re: Live game
From the rule book: Note: The game will tell you when your opponent is online and ready to challenge you in simultaneous gameplay. This makes it easier to conduct multiplayer matches with people on the other side of the world. Multiplayer games play semi-simultaneously – both players are in game at ...

Re: Simple Math Fail!!
We probably need a "modifiers" box with everything in and a tooltip breaking it down. I agree. Personally I would love to see all the math and modifiers for a single combat in one area. I currently figure them out on my own but when my result and the game result differs it isn't easy to t...

German First Campaign, First Mission Bug?
I replayed the first mission of the first German campaign twice, both times winning and killing Stewart as required. In neither score screen did I get points for killing a hero.

Re: skirmish battles just end
I look forward to trying this out. Since I am okay with how things are now, I will probably be sticking with the iron man mode.IainMcNeil wrote:We've changed the way dice are rolled to make it much more forgiving and added an iron man mode so people can play with the full real random numbers as they are now.

Re: skirmish battles just end
You make some assumptions in your post. I own the board game but have never played it. I am one of the "new crowd" as you call it considering it was the PC game that brought me here. And in any conversion I tend to prefer it be as close to the source material as possible otherwise why do a...

Re: skirmish battles just end
If it's not then it annoys those coming from the board game roots, at least most of them. Thi is what happened with the Conflict of Heroes PC game and those changes made were with the input and blessing from the board game designer. It didn't matter. People wanted to play the board game rules and ju...

Re: ABOUT THE DICE ROLLS
No problem. How I learned the mechanisms was by playing the tutorial missions repeatedly, playing the other three missions in the first US campaign repeatedly, and reading the manual PDF (":\\Heroes Of Normandie\Manuals\HoN_English_manual_EBOOK.pdf). I know reading manuals isn't big nowadays bu...

Re: ABOUT THE DICE ROLLS
WAGinWNY any more details? Was the 6v6 in an attack or an assault? In an attack the defender would be hit and if it had no more steps (hp) left it dies. If it was an assault, a tie is inconclusive. In a 8v5 win for the attacker, if the targeted unit has 2 steps of health it is flipped to the weaker ...

Re: Potential Bug in US#2; Mission#5
I played around with this further and in every game I've tried the game goes into this state on Turn 1 around AI activation phase #3. I'm baffled as to why but it doesn't matter how I play it, it always happens. If I assault with both my officers on my initial move and kill both German officers I ca...

Re: QUESTION: Is there a way to cancel an Assault?
In HoN PC all attacks can be backed out before execution by hitting the red X in the box below. As far as I know it is only the Assault that can't be backed out of. I usually set up an attack and then hit the X to look at all possibilities. You can even look at attacks before a vehicle moves as well...

Re: REFUND?
I'm not going to buy without a save feature so I'm done here for now. If and when it's ever included, I'll take another look. I'm writing this post mostly for the devs and hope they understand how important it is to save a game in the middle of a battle (even a fairly short one) for some people who...
