Re: Version 1.3.3. Money Income ¿Possible bug?

Some possible reasons:
1. trade deals were accepted in which you sent gold to the other side
2. regional decisions came into effect
3. random events cost you gold

Re: Loyalty Penalties

I suspect what you're looking at is the impact of the Revolt, not the reason for it.

In other words, what I think you're seeing is that the region is now suffering a 35% reduction in its Food output because it is in Revolt.

Re: Regional Decision: Prospecting?

Is this pure RNG? Or predestined, meaning if I fail to turn up anything valuable in Latium, I NEVER will? Thanks. No that's not fixed, you can get extra natural resources, but with diminishing chances if you have more than one already, and never more than 3 IIRC. Cool. I had guessed the limit was 2...

Re: Long move vs Short move

Between the river between the starting- and final-regions and the road connection between the interim- and final-regions, does the first path not take up fewer movement points than the second? I suspect it's actually faster, notwithstanding that it's also longer.

Re: Removing Impediments

I can confirm that it's working. I believe I've had every type of impediment now, and removed all of them (that can be removed) via their associated building. As Surt, says, sometimes it happens quickly, but often it takes a while, and sometimes it seems like it takes forever, but eventually the bui...

Re: where is Rome?

My guess is Rome agreed to cede all it's territories to Etrusque. It wasn't an "absorb nation" agreement, or else their armies would have flipped, too. Might be a bug in that possibly Rome may have been trying to acquire all of Etrusque's regions and accidentally gave all of it's own land ...

Re: [Poll] Which nations have you played

In addition to nations listed (and voted) on the poll, I played Massalia in my first game, Judea in my second game, and I'm planning on playing Maurya next game.

Re: Judea.

At least some of them do, I can't say about all of them. For example, playing as Athens in the DLC, Plato's on his third attempt to get me to build an Academy. One of these days the RNG will dial that up as a build option while the event is live LOL

Re: Auto creating provinces

I cannot think of a situation where I would not want to create a province. So - why isn't it created automatically? I've waited in order to acquire another region of the province better suited to be the capital than the regions I held. Occasionally there may be instances where you want to wait beca...

Just started a new game to test, DLC plus most recent patch, and the starting pop in Malta is Hellenic.

Re: No progress tokens for turn 94-135

Despite spending most of the time in the green zone Persia didn't receive any progress tokens. 3 save games available. In the DLC, Persia only gets progress tokens for capturing objective regions. It's in the Persia Modifiers tab before you start the game, under Achaemenid Imperialism: Any Token ch...

Re: Loyality Overlay & Revolts

If this is easy, I agree. Maybe add the In Revolt icon to the territory if applicable? The first time post-DLC I needed to check how many regions I had in revolt, I went to the Loyalty overlay to see if I could check there. When I realized I couldn't, I went back to the Ledger and scrolled through i...

Confirmed, there is no penalty in battle in Empires if no generals ... Now I think about it ... At least then it will make sense to use that a 0-0. It's the 0-0 Cowards, Pampereds, Spendthrifts that I want a reason to use! Oh man, do I really want to put him in charge, or not … Speaking o...

Soar wrote: Sat Jun 06, 2020 1:00 pm That's rather vague. It's possible that it's referring to playing out battles in FOG2, I am not as familiar with the mechanics there, but in FOGE combat resolution I'm pretty sure it makes no difference.
So now I've unlearned something new! Thanks!

Re: Bonus notification missing

I thought if there is no region listed it means I pay triple or something. So a 'need' is always fulfilled but sometimes at a high price. If there's no region listed, you do pay triple or something, but you still don't get the trade good in the region. The payment, I believe, is intended to represe...

Re: Bonus notification missing

I think there's actually two things going on here. First, unless I've missed it somehow, I've only seen the new information about bonuses for nearby structures showing up on buildings that produce the trade good, and not buildings that trigger the importation of the trade good. Second, in this case:...
