Error descriptions need to be more specific then "does not work", if you want any help. If it is the missing DLL error, that means you do not have the Vulcan Framework Intalled. I think it would be worth a look how each Faction could/would approach road building: Astra Militarum Just builds roads. They are a mass army. If anyone has the manpower and discipline to build roads like the romans did, it is them. Space Marines Space Marines could get Servitors to build roads. But...
