so you have sub the arrows pointed the ground with blood textures correct? so no tying with corpses. HAve you upload enywere the mod or is it strickly for your personal gaming? i would be really interresting for it!

You dont have to abandon foge, just download the mod from Frenchdude in these forums ( mod section ) . The mod extract the units from foge to fog2 tabletop mod. Then you will have all the traditional units you ever hoped for.

i ve done it and it work like a charm. thank you!If you want to keep playing with the older saves, try to use Paul's method and copy/replace the files from 1.1 into the 1.0 folder. I hope it'll work !

Well it look similar to the problem you had with the recruit local units decision.spartan hoplites dont so at all on fog2. I had a really strange thing just now, fighting the spartans in a few battles i didnt see any spartan hoplite converted as such. Lot of raw and citizen hoplites but just that. propably has nothing to do with the decision but with the conversion ratio, exported battles from empires to FoG2 and have the ratio around 50% or lower a few units may not be present at all. i dont know how the game deside which unit to exclude but i can say for sure that you can experience missing...
