Unistalled and reinstalled...game now works great

OK the game will run from the OOB -64.exe it will not start from the desktop Icon.

Game now fails with this message in box failed to extract project file to memory.....ran yesterday

while trying to update to 8.1 game gives me this message...Server Script Line 95 : attempt to index global 'zip' ( a nil value). No idea what to do!

While playing thru the campaigns I found what I think may be an anomaly. The battle for Singapore is over I have driven all of the Japanese forces off the map , retaken every city and town.
