If this is only happening in MP then please contact support@slitherine.co.uk as it may be that there is a server-side issue with the serial. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Cheers

Pip
Sent some screen shots to them Pip.

Genko Campaign

Hi Techs, I can run Genko Campaign as a SP skirmish but when I try to run it as a MP game I am asked for a serial number or to download the game.

I can find no reference to Genko Campaign in the Store.

I have input my Collectors Edition serial number to no avail.

Any ideas ?
Thanks
Brian

That being said, one could argue that the unit autobreak feature simulates the "point of no return" for absolute mental and physical exhaustion….
The game works fine as it is, I agree with GM that the auto break makes everything that has been discussed so simple and an effective tool in the game.

Re: Polish Cavalry Rock.

Played a game in Roi Soleil as the Polish vs Ottomans Winged Hussars and Armoured Panceri slice through the dreaded Ottomans with ease. No slicing involved as the Poles all have Melee Pistol. The Ottomans have the outdated slicers which have no effect in melee against pistol so beating up Ottomans ...

Re: 2019 Team event - bringing it to a close

Suggestion for the team Leaders in 2020 based on the tradition set from 2018 onwards where I was the highest scorer & SnuggleBunnies was 2nd highest, Alan appointed us as Team Leaders for 2019. I would suggest that SnuggleBunnies & Fikabo ( must be the highest scorers in this year's Team Event ) be ...

Re: The Ming and their enemies - Round Two

KiwiWarlord ( Ming Southern Army 1683 ) beat Gentleman Ranker ( Qing 1700 ) 41-12 Steppe terrain with some patches of rough which I set up around. The Qing deployed their Infantry deep and spread their Cavalry wide so I advanced quickly in the centre and managed to defeat the Qing Infantry whilst ho...

Re: Cataphracts : Rework Needed ?

But yes, I do agree that cataphracts are underwhelming, and I only field them when I'm using an army that lacks a good heavy infantry component. Yes totally agree, very underwhelming indeed. Cats definitely need some extra 'punch' on Impact imo. Many very good comments being bandied about in this t...

As before, please send me a pm or post here, with your choice of armies. I ask Brian and SB to coordinate their teams please. Try to get some variety in the choices...
Each Member of the Pro-Ming Team will be using a different army which will give some variety as requested.

Re: The Ming and their enemies - Round One

So with just one game to go (Pixel v Eobrian2), our interesting Round One has come to a close. The anti-Ming are a clear winner and the Ming will have a hard job in Round Two to catch-up. Well done to SB, Fik, GR and EOB. I wonder if players would like to share their thoughts on the armies used, ta...

Re: The Ming and their enemies - Round One

In general, in this game, PnS, and FoGII, I almost never see corner defenses work. Thanks for your assessment SB. What you said makes sense but I thought a line that would be out flanked on both flanks plus the massive numbers advantage of the Pirates made forming a battle line across the map hopel...

Re: The Ming and their enemies - Round One

SnuggleBunnies (Wokou) defeats KiwiWarlord (Ming Southern) 18-0 (Kiwi surrendered) GG As there was no terrain to stand on top of I opted for a slow withdrawal into a bottom corner leaving a scattered rear guard to take the losses and impede the Pirate Steam Roller whilst my boys hunkered down aroun...

KiwiWarlord (Ming Southern Army 1597-98, 6% ) Defeated Gentleman Ranker (Southern Rebels 1571-99, 41%) 41 - 6 Long drawn out game, which I thought would end in a draw, saw much manoeuvring back & forth by both of us looking for an edge. GR spread out a bit too much and I pounced causing much damage ...

Re: The Ming and their enemies - Round One

Brian, my expectation was that the teams would stay the same, but the factions would change, i.e. I would choose a pro-Ming army for Round 2, and you would select from the anti-Ming armies. That is correct, the composition of the Teams stays the same GR. The proposal is that the Ming Team continue ...

Re: The Ming and their enemies - Round One

The modified rules for Round 2 sort of slipped past me until recently. ( too much Ming on the brain  ) As the Teams are not swapping around ( ie the Ming play the Anti Ming in Round 2 ) I put forward to the Players that the Teams stay as they are in Round 2, ie the Ming Team play the pro Ming...

New to the world of SJ fikabo may be but he knows how to handle the Tibetans.
Well done, you played extremely well.
