I have the exact same experience. Must be an issue with the server. Worked fine 12 hours ago.

The log in Documents\My Games\Panzer Corps\Log says that server response is 6 - whatever that means.

I have mostly experienced it on Windows 10, and I do not believe they will fix it. They are preparing Panzer Corps 2 for release later this year (maybe - I think it will be 2019).

It is just being ignored, it sure seems. Save game to server and reload from mp menu is the only workaround.
