Checking the steam achievements I realized that they don't work anymore. I don't use any mods. So what can be the problem? Certainly these achievements are not essential for playing the game but would be nice to get anyway.

In your Panzer Corps directory (in case you play the PC version) there is the data folder. In this folder look for the file "diff.pzdat". Open it with any spreadsheet and you will see the differences between all difficulty levels.
