Problem is with the mod, obviously. The file that needs editing is efx.pzdat, which is in the "Graphics" folder. Or, alternatively, the file itself is fine, but the referenced sound files are missing from the "Audio" folder. Perhaps it is best to contact the creator of the mod. (...
