Okay, last comment.., I think - Damage Calculation

So I moved another of my Guardsmen adjacent to attack the Neophyte. The Damage was 3.6. So that kind of verifies that Ranged weapons are not handicapped by Range when they are 1 hex away. PS - I also do not understand why the damage should have been 3.5, not the 3.6. So why was my first counterattac...

# of model matter? Damage Calculation

I was also wondering, if I lose one of the 7 Guardsmen units (leaving a total of 6), is it correct to assume my weapons go from 7 down to 6? I think so, but just checking.

I started a new game as AM. Turn 6 I ran into a Neophite Hybrid, both of us in the Forest. I suffered 4 HP loss. The math works great, IF I do NOT USE the Range Reduction. BTW - you know how rude a lot of the Steam forums can get., I suggest you change those combat sounds (metal clanking metal, etc..). To real wargamers, we do not care about sounds, but Steam does and it is a quick fix. Graphics also mean a lot to Steam people, but that is too much work to change. Jus...

Very nice playthrough by DasTactic, as always. But because he did a sandbox and not a 'scripted' scenario, the AI is at a huge disadvantage. And as we can see, the AI totally sucked. But that is okay, most 4x are like that at first and some always suck. I hope Das can do a scripted scenario/empire w...

I somehow missed this response. Thank you. I already took off work Friday (Aug 31) because I know I will be playing this till 4am. I do this whenever a high quality game comes out (I am an addict). Thanks for all of your work and responses.

NICE! What are those things that look like roman buildings with columns (one south of Rome and another in Yugoslavia)? Also, is a resource that is adjacent to a city as productive when it is far away, but connected by road.., in other words, is city placement important? Thank you

interesting that I am reading this after I just watched the Twitch which was played as the Romans. I guess he did not know that Sicily had a force from Cathage already there. Super duper duper game. (1) Is there a limit to the border growth of the Space Marines solitary home base, or can you constantly expand? (2) I assume if I was on a huge map with Space Marines, if their home base maxes out (questions #1), I assume I would want to delete some buildings and exchange it...

I am in a PBEM game so I guess it worked. What is strange is that I definitely received multiple error messages when I attempted to register. In summary, I am good. Thanks for the response.

I am totally confused by everything in this post. Does anyone just play single battles here and there? I just posted a request for an opponent, I guess I should have said just a single game with the default scenarios, nothing customized.
