Re: 1943 and Pacific
Not a single country was completly clean in that war, Russia, Japan, German where particulary bad, leaving Dresden and nuclear weapon out of it, but probably shouldn't. This is a game, i think it should not touch the subject. There is no way a strategy game can give such a subject the amount of info...

Re: Commendations, Caches, and Collectables
I suppose I can let the cat out of the bag a bit before the official post.  Honestly, the 100 KV1 (Remember you need specifically Kv-1/40s! Russians start rolling out KV-1/41s towards the end of the Campaign and those don't count for the Event.) Event is the big one that players can eas...

Re: Commendations, Caches, and Collectables
Can we by chance have a quick run down of stuff that needs to be done early in the campaign to not miss anything? I've just got Operation Mercury done and I'm glad I checked here about that secret hint . But I also don't want to miss anything else beyond that before moving forward. I suppose...

Sure the "moaning" part can be seen as "belittling", but you escalated that with around 1000%. The rest of his answers is debating, which is what a forum is for. It seems to me you pretty much choose to ignore several of his points. I would for example like your answer on the pos...

Re: Panzer Corps 2 - Spanish Civil War || Dev Diary #2
Historisk accuracy can also go to far. It’s supposed to be a game so need to be fun. I’m guessing some of the stat choices are made so they don’t have to fill the map anymore with enemy tanks for the mission to be challanging. In pz1 the only problem for me was the share number of enemies in the las...

Re: Revised Campaign Path
Ok first thing is, it's not mentioned in advance. Secondly, I am not throwing away resources, obviously. I am playing on the hardest difficulty and have not lost a single unit thus far. I have made a profit every mission thus far, including on Moscow. However, I don't have any of the uber prestige ...

Re: Revised Campaign Path
It requires careful husbanding of resources, instead of simply capturing objectives. I think that's a good idea, provided it's mentioned in advance. Is it more "arcadey and gamey" than "win on turn 12=decisive victory and alternate path, win on turn 13=tactical victory and normal pat...

Re: German Arty doesn't provide direct support against a tank attack?
I wonder if people even read before they post. First read what I wrote % of damage done diminishing returns this crap is very easy to balance. And for you information PG2 did have arty work in exactly this way and it was not O/P If you buy 10 tanks do you say tanks are over powered if that all you ...

Re: Panzer Corps 2 Reviews
Well, its average is above 80% were most good-great games end up.
Over 90 is usually only games with unique storytelling and good gameplay. A ww2 war game will never end up there, and probably shouldn’t.
I think the reviews are really positive.

Re: Beta Thoughts
I really really like the game and the changes.
The only negative things i can find is:
-i miss secondary objectives, feelt like a achievment when you managed them.
- No post battle information, i miss information about what effect my victory had.

Re: Battlefield: Europe MOD v1.9
@ McGuba. Excellent work, congratulations. A humble request, it could be possible to create a version to play grand campaign. Thank you. It is a recurring request and I might do it later, at some point. My main problem is I do not really see the point in playing an unhistorical campaing with a hist...

Since they the 19 august posted that beta will "probably be next week" we can probably assume they ran into some kind of problem. Hopefully nothing to serious.

No expert on Warhammer, but it is a table top wargame that has a very specific style of design. I love the WFRP design, so I am familiar with it to some extent. And I have all of Battle Academy. But the dynamics of both designs, not sure they blend. I am not saying I don't like the thought, just wa...
