Re: NatCon 2015 - NZ National Championships
I would be interested to see the results of this one. Will they be published here?

Thanks for that - lots of food for thought there. 7 units of horse is certainly a powerful mounted wing. Did you get enough value out of the Reiters? I can see the place for the dragoons in that force despite being only 3 bases. Anything you would change if you were to take a horse heavy list again?...

Re: 15mm Open Results
There are quite a few Later German armies listed. I assume these were Later TYW German, and not later German States. Yes all TYW. Anyone care to share the composition of any of these Later 30YW Germans? I have been writing lists for this force (Catholic in my case) and would be interested in how ot...

I used 2 units of these guys (ave, unarm, carbine, M.Pistol) on Friday in my Late Imperial Spanish list. There was also 2 units of arm determined horse (1 ave and 1 sup). I unit of the carbine horse moved quickly on a flank as part of a division with the 2 units of determined horse. The unit provide...

I have been wondering about these guys myself. They are compulsory in many TYW lists – the period my group is building armies for. I expect they will be useful in the end game or for exploiting gaps made by charges, routs or auto breaks. They are cheap and are effective enough in a flank charge situ...

I would play in these comps assuming it didn't clash with other personal committments. I enjoyed the last Barbarians event. I do not know of any Sydney FOG events on at these times. The date ranges seem fine to me. Providing this much notice should allow players to plan/paint/borrow forces where nec...

Resources
Hi,
There appears to be a major revamp of the resources page underway. From what I can see there will be sections for FOGN and FOGR.
Does anyone know when the rankings etc will be back to normal again? All the links are broken at the moment.
Cheers
Paul.

The Leviathan 25mm event was played on the 16th and 17th April 2011 at Quakers Hill, Sydney. The event was closely fought with the top 5 players finishing within 10 points of each other. Adrian lead from the first round and despite losing to Paul Rattray in the last round still finished on top. Cong...

Hi, This is a friendly reminder that the Leviathan 25mm event is only a few weeks away. We are currently sitting at 6 entries and I would like to see at least double that number. Please be aware that there are 2 steps required for entry. Entry to the competition is via an entry form available from e...

And on a lighter note, Dave R keeps going up to Steve L and asking for his trophy because its an absolute certainty he's going to win the whole lot. A bit like Gollum actually. Yesterday he was composing his victory speech and today he was muttering something about taking over 140 point total over ...
