No A is just for sortie, as you understand it. Might be bugged then.
know case C is a bit opaque.

The best to do here is to bring me saves before something weird happens, so I can understand what went wrong.

Only games started in 1.05 should be used here, as the population curbing should be bug-free. Mainly, the most important criteria about pop growth is: "is it balanced, return on investment wise, compared to buildings". Sorry I missed this thread. I'm there.

That's no bug. Your chariots as Maurya are provincial units. Upon reaching Empire-level, they are phased out because obsoletes and you can now recruit more elephants.

There is always a chance to have a party completely replaced in a kind of 'coup'. Think of a veto against a law where the leading party put his legitimacy. You should get a message though but it should be rather rare.

No change here, but you must have very good relationships, and then some offering to RNGesus might be needed. Because RNGesus giveth, but RNGesus taketh too. :wink:


Seriously this is a temporary measure and with proper diplomacy you'll be able to ask for a specific region.

There is no randomness involved. Rereading the code, the note indicates there might be cases where there are loopholes, perhaps you found one. They should be relegated to a back seat, but admittedly if you only have cavalry, then you can exploit the loophole. I'll see to change that for the next patch.

Actually Geffridus proposed the solution to the cavalry and I found he has the best idea so far. By default that should be the provincial capital region, unless there is no harbor in which case that would be another region

Are you saying that -4661 + 5142 is not equal to 500?
This might be because part of the debts is removed each turn.

It's my guess that rating attack higher than defense is for gameplay - that cat-and-mouse game you mentioned. The mechanic may seem unrealistic but the effect in-game isn't too unrealistic, as it gives an advantage to having good intelligence. Think of it I guess as being able to fight the battle a...
