My main question, which the manual might answer, is can we make our own campaigns with conversations and options, custom map and links to maps? That is, can we make our own 'Invasion' or 'Aflame'?

Sure, it just 'feels' strange. A unit has to start adjacent to the beach to be able to disembark and then it can move a long way inland but not attack units on the beaches? It certainly doesn't seem like an invasion - I would prefer an option: full move or 1/2 move and 1/2 strength attack or somethi...

River crossing
I am playing through Tutorial 4 with the river crossing and find it very strange that units can disembark and move but can't attack enemy units. I would have thought they would be able to, perhaps at a reduced strength.

Perhaps they could cancel each other. If the unit with the retreat ability is ambushed and its retreat chance occurs, it stops and takes no damage from the ambush.

I am finding that being able to mete out damage and not take any in return is a huge bonus. It also means there is no unit replenishment (or very little) at the end of each scenario. I should say I am playing this on easy, so perhaps the reduction of Warrior mode difficulty is playing a part, too, b...

Is there any plan to include an editor (scenario and/or campaign) at some stage? I'd assume the units would need to be selected from those already in the game but being able to create new scenario maps, place treasure and add dialogues would be great IMO.
