Two problems with the undo mechanics

I found two major problems with the undo mechanics.

1. You can capture land and then undo your move and the land captured is not returned.
2. If you undo an advance after combat the game crashes.

As far as I been able to tell it is based on a formula like Base * (bonus + bonus + bonus) * (bonus + bonus + bonus) bonus can be a penalty as well. We're still in release-mode right now, so not a lot of development is being done. Going from 4 to 5 is exactly 25%. As long as the bonus is removed when you leave your territory it seems correct.

To the right of the tech names you can see icons for the components that a tech unlocks. If you hover over them you can see what a "super-mega-laser" does.

There is very little reason to expand fast in the game. Since population growth is not increased by having more cities expanding fast will just force you to produce a lot of infrastructure, thereby slowing you down. Primary reason to expand is that if your cities get to large you get morale penalties.

I find artillery strong against the AI but I expect a human player to snipe them with orbital barrage which makes them less useful.

I do not see a problem. It is usually better to have few stronger units and for the times it is not you can choose to build weaker variants.

It is easy to have 100 production in a city late game so producing units in reasonable times still.

Noxium Corporation, to me these guys look terrible weak. Extravagant, will cause pressure to expand early which will cost a lot of resources causing you to fall behind in military. In my first game I captured a Leviathan. Later I saw a new one swimming around. I think it had spawned. But possible but onlikely that it was always there and I had not seen it.

I have played three games. Economic victory with Solar Dynasty on normal. This factions seems very strong. I guess the extra population growth should enable a good player to outplay all others. hotseat?

I bought this game and was surprised to find it more enjoyable then I expected so I invited my wife to play with me only to find there was no way to play in hotseat.

Why is there no hotseat? I find that the most enjoyable way to play a turn based game.

Are there any plans to add hotseat?
