battle prediction glitch

the info that tells you the odds of a battle only uses the hex that your unit is on, not the actual hex the unit will attack from. This is fine if you are just giving a basic attack order, but if you give a 'move 2 hexes and then attack this hex' command, the info won't be accurate.

The tooltips for formers don't reflect actual build times. Planet Survey, and duration settings do not update the number of turns in the tooltip - they will always claim each action takes 4 turns to complete, even when they take substantially longer.

I would definitely agree that converting plains to hills to mountains would be pretty bland and uninteresting. That said, I still want a way to convert the sea into usable land, which is really what I was after with 'raise terrain'. Especially since the sea as it stands now is very bland and uninter...
