Re: What armies/units are you looking forward to in future DLCs?

Being spaniard myself, I would like to see not only almogávares, but the whole Reconquista, with christian spanish vs. muslim sultanates. And oh yeah, a El Cid campaign, switching sides and allegiances. But I'm curious too about indian, timurid and other eastern army lists And even the spanish and ...

Re: Sandbox Campaign suggestions

Hi

Just to point that "provincian revolt" romans (219-200BC) armies (made almost entirely of hastati/princeps) are way more powerful than "standard" armies. I think it happens this way with all the republican roman armies.

Thank you

Re: TT Mod version 1.5.28 now available!

Hi Paul, I don't know if this is a corrupt download or some units mismatched names: armoured lancers are named 1st class roman spearmen (skytian, roman lists) Medium infantry (armenian lists afaik) are named Italian spearmen Cataphracts are named 2nd and 3rd class latin spearmen also roman cataphrac...

Re: TT Mod version 1.5.28 now available!

Hi Paul59 First, thank you very much for your wonderful TT mod. Just one question, will you update the TT Mod to catch it up with the current vanilla version? Thanks for raising that issue miki. I really did not think it was worthwhile updating the TT Mod yet, as the vast majority of the recent van...

Re: Iberian lack superior units

Yes, I would be happy to see the Spanish getting some 60pt Superior, Protected Impact Foot, functionally identical to Veteran Samnites or Dailami Foot. As things stand they are generally not used too much in competitive gameplay. Not that very army has to be tournament competitive, but as noted the...

Re: Iberian lack superior units

Well, the Iberians were various warrior tribes similar in many respects to the Celts (Celtiberians were in fact a mix of iberian and celts) although they had their own treats that differentiated them from other ancient peoples. On a military level I want to emphasize that they served as famous merce...

Re: Iberian lack superior units

Iberian people were warrior societies as celts and germans, etc.. The Sertorius list is anecdotal. Well, the conquest of Iberia lasted centuries and lots of roman armies where destroyed in the process. My feel is that they must have some superior -infantry- units as the other lists but, what I reall...

Iberian lack superior units

Hi Gauls, Britons, Galatians, Dacians, Germanic tribes... All of them have superior warband units (heavy and/or medium) in their lists. But there is not a single superior unit in the three iberian lists (Iberian, Celtiberians and Lusitanians) and not even the Sertorian list. Neither heavies not medi...

Oh, sorry, english is not my native language.

What I mean is: "it would be great if Slitherine release a new DLC".

Any hints?

How about a dlc with some “classic” fantasy armies, you know : elves, Orcs, Melniboneans etc. some precedent for mixing historical with fantasy with Slitherine ie the old Legion cult of Mithras DLC.

Re: Version 1.5.26 Open Beta - More Units to discover!

Just another thought: Would it be possible to subdivide the Carthaginians (235-146 BC) into two separate lists? The first one (235 - 201 BC) to better reflect the spanish campaigns of both Amilcar and the Second Punic War, including Celtiberian warbands instead of Gallic Warbands, and a second list...

Re: Unit Card Explanation

I know this has been discussed before, and I haven't my books at hand now, but I have read that the plumbatas and arrows were used both attacking and defending. Would it be reasonable to have some POA when attacking also? Not the full +100 POA, but a fraction of it (+50?).

Re: Version 1.5.26 Open Beta - More Units to discover!

The Lidian army lists are working fine. Nice TT models by the way.

The carthaginian lists will be updated also? Missing the TT celtiberians there!
