Thanks for the feedback - we are talking about what we can do to improve the balancing and I agree Sunken Lands is a bit too hard. sunken lands, was hard on "normal" but was okay, with tactics and thinking ... but that battle to leave it , was "deity" level und you even had fewer time and the map b...

... seems PATCH will be released at Friday ...

anyway was able to finish that map in around 80 !! turns , enemy had an insane strong and large army ... wasn't really fun, but when you managed to complete it, somehow satisfying :roll:

... don't think so, but got 2 per hovels ! Even waited as long as possible to have more spell mana. Keep in mind that it also reduces wealth for one point ... so if you have 6 you have to destroy them , when 7 wealth is left or you will not collect any liquid magic for the missing points ... finishe...

It will not, you have to skip turns until all inhabitants have fled, so wealth is 0 ...

We will adjust easy and normal difficulty a bit with the upcoming patch. that will be hard, as you have to change it in FOG 2, which is a different Developer and not in Empire.

Static defenses do have indirect fire. The problem many people seem to have is that they overlook line of sight issues. If you plop down a tower in the middle of a forest you won't see anything. And due to how cover works, you won't IF on anything which moves adjacent if they are in forest/ruin eit...
