Panzer Corps 2 Steam Key?
Hi Guys,
Sorry if this has been asked before. If I buy Panzer Corps 2 on Slitherine/Matrix, will I also get a Steam Key? I have a generous reward coupon to spend but like to install my games with Steam.
Thanks and all the best. Take care, J.

Re: 4.1.4 - Custom campaigns not available
Well there you go! My game was updated automatically by Steam and suddenly - it all worked fine! Campaigns and scenarios are all installed and working fine. Magic!

Thanks for persevering Erik. Here you go, inside the Scenarios folder in My Games. Do your worst. Cheers.

Re: 4.1.4 - Custom campaigns not available
OOB Screenshot.jpg This screen shot is taken of the OOB folder contained within My Documents. I have re-installed the game, but that didn't change anything. I downloaded some scenarios again, but still nothing. I do have my Steam game files on a separate partition and not the C: drive, but having p...

Re: 4.1.4 - Custom campaigns not available
Thanks Erik but I have tried all of those in scenarios and campaigns. Sadly, none of them show in the game. As I wrote, I have tried them in the My Documents/My Games folders and the equivalent in the Steam folders. Sadly, nothing. Maybe try reinstalling the game? I think that's wishful thinking! An...

Re: 4.1.4 - Custom campaigns not available
I was surprised when I put the downloaded custom scenarios in the OOB scenarios folder in Document, My Games - and nothing appeared in the game. I have also tried the campaign and mod folder with no luck. I also checked the Battle of Britain game, but still nothing. I have also tried the scenarios i...

Re: Favorite Wargame 2015 ?
I know this is not what you meant, but Gary Grigsby's War In The East was new to me in 2014. Does that Count? Massive game that I fully expect to last me years. It's a lot to learn but I've found that games that you learn quickly tend not to be very enduring. I can fully recommend it to anyone who l...

I should like to associate myself with the above exclamation marks.
Oh yes, and I also send everyone a Happy New Year.
I hadn't really finished with 2013, but what the hell, move on I say.

Re: A global scale scenario is coming - "The War of the Worl
Amazing project, very impressive. Unfortunately, Manchester is duplicated all the way to Boston. I opened and closed the scenario a few times but it just keeps loading the same. Screenshot : http://i1253.photobucket.com/albums/hh595/thedurangokid/WorldAtWar1.png I can put ships or subs on it, they d...

Re: Too soon to start the kids on Panzer Corps?
You know you better never try saying that to my face, You wouldn't like what'd happen... KeldorKatarn, who was making a valid and interesting argument, would be well advised not to make pointless and vague threats on the forum. It spoils discussion and usually ends with the post being closed. I jus...

Re: Götterdämmerung
[quote]Im playing it for the 4th time now[quote] Lol - the only game I have played even twice is Dead Space and only then in short bursts. Too much excitement! I like that you can play at your own pace in PZ and the long '39 to '45 campaign is very attractive. However, as has been stated, even in a ...

Re: To Poland and Beyond
LOL - if this was a test for Panzer Commanders and a pass or fail I could understand that. But it's a game and I just wanted to play from the start to the finish. No problem, the devs meant well and I can just play the scenarios that I missed on their own. But I would have preferred to play all the ...

Re: To Poland and Beyond
Thanks for the response and sorry if I wasn't clear. I startd with Fall Weiss in Poland and as I finished each scenario, this segued into the next, introduced by an avuncular, but sinister, General. This continued until I was annihilated in Germany. However, along the way I missed, Sea Lion40/41, It...

Re: Götterdämmerung
Thanks for the replies. I have started again as I wasn't aware that PP carried over. I had just over 5000 when I arrived at Bagration and that doesn't last long or buy too many Panzers. Mind you, the tanks I did have didn't last long. When your three tanks are surrounded by 19 Soviet tanks it doesn'...

To Poland and Beyond
Idle thoughts over coffee.
Why doesn't the campaign start with Poland and just run through every scenario till you get to the end? I know I can play the scenarios individually, but why not with my core troops?
And what are the green and brown highlights in the Campaign tree in the library?

Götterdämmerung
I just finished the Bagration and Germany scenarios. It wasn't very jolly. While it might be historically correct to wipe me out so easily, this is a game and I want a fighting chance! Because I lost Bagration so easily, I used as many tanks as possible in Germany. Looked good, didn't last. The shee...

Re: A question on the "tankiness" of AK and AC
Ye gods! Bagration is more "tanky" than a triple-decker tank sandwich with a side serving of tank fries in a reinforced fish tank inhabited by a heavily-armoured sturgeon called "Mr Panzer". Needless to say, I'm getting annihilated. The opening move of Bagration and I couldn't b...
