For normal movement a Fragged unit has its AP halved. As its AP is 10, this means it cannot move diagonally (which costs 6 AP in the open), and because it is out of command range it doesn't get a free 45 degree turn to move orthogonally. There are some strange things, the Macedonian army list has units that cost 0. The Gallic Thracian list is named Umbrian. Yes and Triballi are shown as Apulian in the challenge list. I have the same feeling and I am also finding it difficult to explain but I think we are not saying the same thing. Where they would have gone next is the bottom right corner of the square but where they are going is the bottom left corner which is a 90 degree turn seeing they started their move in...
