Re: Erik's Korean War

Having each scenario crash in the 8 Rangers Mini-Campaign. Any ideas why? No. Need more input. And be sure to use OoB v8.4.4 ! Using that version. Seems to happen at the start of every scenario about 3 to 5 turns in, once per scenario. Playing on a brand new laptop, never had this happen with any o...

Re: Spanish Civil War Mod & Campaign (v0.75)

Hello LN and all others... I finally played through the entire mod. This is such a great mod, and I thoroughly enjoyed it (with one big exception, see below) and I hope others do as well. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for making a mod that is engaging, thorough, fun, challenging, and in a setting no...

Re: Free France Campaign

As you precise that the scenario list is not "set in stone" and thus that it may change, well, without much surprise, I do hope it will grow ... :D For example , it would be a shame to miss the famous Bir Hakeim in Libya and El Alamein in Egypt. And in the early scenarios, there can be as well Erit...

Re: Patch 4 is out! (v1.1.1)

Finally got around to downloading and installing the game today. Do you all know if I download the patch from May 26th, 2020, do I still need to download and install the hot fix from April 24th, 2020?

Re: Terminator's Scenarios

Just a thought that will help us all out here: How about putting the latest versions of your scenarios in one post on the first page? I think Erik has the easiest-to-navigate post for his scenarios, with download links all neatly organized and easily accessible for would-be users. Of course, your ch...

Re: Erik's custom campaigns

I can't seem to get past the first battle of poland in Erik's campaign. What's the "secret" strategy? Use artillery and engineers (or a strategic bomber) to weaken units, and then kill them with infantry/tanks, and mop up with recon and/or tactical bombers. Concentrate on one unit at a time and eli...

Re: Duplex's Scenarios

So, a Chinese Civil War campaign (1927-1935) may possibly come later, there is still hope, which is great. :D But let's talk a little from another topic, shall we?  So, what about creating anoter campaign , based on the work already done with the " China Series "? Making a sing...

Re: Order of Battle: Korean War announced!

And the craftsman is GabeKnight. He has created a Korean mod based on my requests. This is a work-in-progress. Currently these factions/nations are part of the mod. nations.jpg There are a few new unit types, but note that these are based on existing unit types. So, no helicopter units. The plan is...

Re: DLC plans past Red Triology

The Polish contribution to the war was not entirely minor. They fought on most of the Western Fronts, for most of the war, as part of the Western Allies: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polish_Armed_Forces_in_the_West. A smaller force (and one whose history is fraught with political problems in Poland...
