No, no. Don't pay anithing. It's absolutely free. You only have to press in "regular download" (no gold download), wait for 60 seconds and type a captcha. After that you can download the file.

I'm going to try upload to Dropbox too.

That should be all you need to do if you are happy to use the same graphics. You will of course need to create name and description strings for the new unit and set the string ID to point to them . Hmmm, quite lost with this, I'm trying with no results... can anybody be more especific? An example?

Adding new units with shared graphics

What I need to create a new unit using graphics already in the game? For example, I want to simulate a Wehrmacht Ost squad with the same graphics that volksgrenadier.

1. Add a new row in squads.csv copied from volksgrenadier and modify it as I want (firepower, movement...)

MG/light guns moving one tile

I`m making some changes trying to give HMGs, MG42 and light guns (ATG 37mm, ATG 57mm...) one tile to move (same that mortar). I have managed giving them "Infantry" type and modifing move cost... but when I move HMG, game continues giving possibility of firing. I want that, if MG or gun moves, disapp...

Hmmm, I think it's solved. I was trying edit csv file with OpenOffice and it generated an error.

I downloaded an especific csv editor and all works fine.

Asimetric purchase points in MP battles

Hi,

Setting up a multiplayer battle with force selection for both players... Is there a way to give different amount of purchase points for each side? For example, 600 for axis and 400 for allied.

Any idea is welcome :wink:

I took the value from a old scenario. I see that squads.csv located in Battlefield Academy / Data show now 240.

Anyway, I would like to know how can I change values for a specific scenario. I need it to simulate different rarities in a multiplayer campaign game.

Changing unit cost in MP selection force battles

Hi,

How I can change the cost of the units in a MP selection force combat? For example, increase panther cost from 137 to 175 pts. I know squads.csv, where 12th value is the cost but, anything more to do than modify it and save?
