Thanks Dux, I know the team have already fixed this issue for the next update. It only affects scenarios that have tiles with a minus elevation, so only currently only affects Granikos and Issos. There was originally the option to change the key-mapping for some (but not all) keys in the Settings menu, but it was sufficiently flawed that it was removed from the game before release. Obviously it did not get removed from the manual.

Even the manual said that(players can reallocate the (hot)keys used for the main keyboard control),but I can't find any related options in the game's setting menu.Is this an undiscovered game mistake?
