Interesting DesertedFox...well I can confirm that cav units keep getting the +1 defensive bonus, NOT the attack bonus. Not really, it should work for LC, MC, HC in the same way as Master Fletcher. Hi Pocus, any idea why the Stable Master isn’t working properly in my case? DesertedFox reported a similar issue as well.

Ah yes, the ledger! According to the ledger I have no other Stable Master. I did the next turn and again no Stable Master upgrade, HOWEVER I noticed that the unit parked in the region got a +1 defense... so it appears to be acting like another Armorsmith. :?

you only get one such +1 per unit, so for eg many cavalry can get it from either the stable master or the armoursmith, so its possible that all your units are upgraded? Unless I’m missing something there’s no way to become a new faction after an MP game has started. Though I understand that this is under future consideration. You can start an MP game controlling multiple factions, but that has to be established during initial game setup.

Totally understand about priorities and all that. There are plenty of things that can/should be addressed, but at the same time I wanted to make sure I wasn't completely losing my sanity. I will just have to tell my opponent (who is like a brother to me) to not suck next time! :lol: Thanks again!

I wonder if it is possible to change the scripts so that cavalry can break off from combat, but stay in the current tile if there is no clear tile to fall back into.
