Re: AO Wunderwaffe Run - powerful, yet flawed
Thanks! I indeed copy the template since otherwise tracking the units would be crazy (and despite that I sometimes still miss something) and possibly missed that it was another piece of content already.

Re: AO Wunderwaffe Run - powerful, yet flawed
Using up a week off work to add a bit more SCW content on my list and try to make this run up to date before AO 1941. :) AO Spanish Civil War - Toledo Starting Prestige (after purchases and replacements): 6195 Hero: https://i.ibb.co/1RX0h9c/9.jpg New hero joins III./SG 1 - a useful one to get, but n...

AO Wunderwaffe Run - powerful, yet flawed
Time for some new run action this time with Wunderwaffe - bizzare, often impractical or never finished projects. This will mean less units, but powerful ones (at least in theory!) tons of prototypes and hopefully yet again fun gameplay. Difficulty - General Traits - Auxiliary Force, Industry Connect...

Re: Captured unit tier list - AO based
You forgot one, Tassadar. And how could you? After all, who could ever forget the fearsome D.XXIl? Whoops! :D I keep the leading post in txt format to make quick notes when alt-tabbed and it looks like I forgot to save that change. It also does not help that in my Panzermon run the different ...

Re: Axis Operations 1941 Development Diary
Toldi and other similar equipment appearing? I'm more than happy to see it - it's really reassuring to see small additions to the existing unit pool that build up options for any possible future content as well. I hope that with these extra units added the equipment file will be tweaked also in rega...

Re: Captured unit tier list - AO based
With AO 1940 completed under the Panzermon run, I've added available AO 1940 equipment and tweaked some comments regarding 1939 stuff that can be found later. Also, added the T-38 to the AO 1939 list, as apparently one can be found in the Brest Litovsk scenario.

Re: AO-General Flasch's Auxiliary Adventures
Ha, I never tried to strike towards Bliesbruck in the Orenthal scenario actively. I just left the French army to their own bunker/minefield busting fun and just had had some units make sure no units get lost and attack me as well. In the Panzermon run a lone cavalry actually did so, but that seemed ...

AO 1940 - Battle of Pindus Starting Prestige (after purchases and replacements): 49807 Hero: https://i.ibb.co/sJpWrGC/108.jpg Another Double Support hero gets assigned to Artillerie Abt 6 for the purpose of reinforcing the potentially weakest artillery piece and offer really nasty double AT support...

Re: AO-General Flasch's Auxiliary Adventures
On a roll with heroes in 1939 I see! All three so far are great and much better thank most of SCW ones, aside from the Double Move and Camouflage ones. Nice idea to use cavalry to encircle the town! I've tried a few different unit combinations whenever I did the encirclement idea, but this one seems...

Re: Movement points left
Come to think about it, it would be fun and climactic if both fuel and ammo could be tracked only if the enemy is within a recon unit sight range. Extra utility for recons once again and flavorful addition. Maybe not as a default one, but seeing how many different challenges, traits etc. are introdu...

Re: Axis Operations 1941 is announced
Lot of good news here. First, secure your flank from Italian failure and take command in the Balkans. Germany took serious losses here and in Crete, which would later be known as “the graveyard of Fallschirmjäger”. Your steady hand could prevent losses here that would hurt German efforts in the futu...

Re: AO Gotta catch 'em all! - The Pazermon Run
And they are still valid!
The Trubia especially with heroes allowing to increase anti-infantry power is still quite useful thanks to Rapid Fire and extra close defense - but these are probably some last scenarios for it as the losses are increasing and in 1941 I'll need to switch to something else.

AO 1940 - Neufchateau Starting Prestige (after purchases and replacements): 89130 Hero: https://i.ibb.co/51q2hjG/87.jpg Double Support seems nice for Panzer Artillerie Abt 1. That's indeed great news - as long as there's the interest from the community like this it gives hope for more content overall, including some allied campaigns.

Re: AO-General Flasch's Auxiliary Adventures
Overwhelming Attack sounds interesting - if you indeed get more captures you can play around with deploying captured units as auxiliaries more even if it a one-shot usage to just take a few hits instead of the actual core. Of course seeing how you're already using captured units nicely as part of th...

Re: Brighton : What if you save some of your ships?
Unless it has some impact on future DLC it actually does not carry over to Portsmouth sadly. I managed to sink all ships on one of my runs as well, but had to face some of them again in Portsmouth. Ghost ships?

Re: AO-General Flasch's Auxiliary Adventures
Zero Slots is always a beast. Second and third such hero does not give such impact as the first one, but that huge artillery piece core slot free is always great. Interestingly, in my first AAR I also got this hero directly in Czechoslovakia. :D I also see the way to cross the river south of Plzen w...
