In the process of trying to get 3.0 to work I decided to reinstall 1.12. Now it isn't working either. Is it just me or is the right side of the picture (map) cut off for everyone? For example, I can't see anything in Persia.

On the other hand, the game treats Albania as friendly rather than occupied territory. It generates partisans FOR Italy (yes, I have seen them) rather than against it. Fairly easy to fix, I would think, and annoyingly ahistorical. :)

A big downside of having variable join dates is that players can reroll to e. g. postpone the date USA joins the Allies. So such dates have to be calculated before turn 1 and stored in the save game. So 2.2 is now in the works - somehow I didn't think it would be that soon. :)

game crash on end turn

This is an MP game, against Firstv9, with me as Entente. Might have been a server blip, but just in case am attaching the log file. Will hold off on re-taking the turn until I see that you've downloaded it.

Note I am NOT using the 1.2 beta update (waiting for the final release version)

One of the big things about a hot seat mode is that you can study the exact effect of your actions on the enemy. That's often not at all clear, especially in the case of morale.

No, I didn't see them. Were any of the others as low as the Brits?

My western front was at the point of collapse. Another couple of pushes and you'd have liberated Belgium. Mind you, with the game end fixed, I wasn't planning for the long term. :)

Select this game from the list of current games and click Play." However there is no 'play' button when you log into the multiplayer server and...

Speaking of which I just noticed an error on the map which I didn't notice in earlier versions (either that or it wasn't there). At the time of WW1 there was no such city as "Gorki" (renamed by the Soviets after the writer Maxim Gorki). It was "Nizhni Novgorod" as it is again today.

Most people on XP are probably on 32-bit, including me. My game runs with no problem. But my graphics are NVIDIA, not Intel.

Go to advanced search
