The airborne drop-zones and landing-zones are marked with the Allied entry 'star' marker. You should drop your units at or next to one of the markers.

I have added zones to all objectives and added the 'move to zones' script to most AI units. The Germans are now heading for their objectives in an effective way. Much better than in pre-1.10.

Have you tested that? The equipment.pzdat file must be saved as a text format and I'm pretty sure Excel cell notes will be lost. Yes. I always do a 'save as' and do not change the file name . There is an Excel message about formatting that I just ignore. When I quit Excel I answer 'no' to save the ...

You can add a note to a Excel cell and PzC will still use the equipment file without problems.
You still have mouse hover over the note to read the content though.

Aha, I see.
Currently I have just copied one of the artillery settings and it works OK, but I have to adjust the off marks in the animation.
I'll see if I can get hold of the launch sound.

I think the 50mm (and 2") mortars should be part of the regular inf stats. I use 8cm, 12cm, 3" and 4.2" company units (with Puma's Mörser icons) in a a custom battalion Market-Garden campaign I am working on. Why would anyone need design tools to make the AI smarter ? :shock: I suppose that should be achieved with brilliant C++ code (insert your favorite prog language here). Will the new AI make the DLC campaigns harder? :) The AI has gotten a bit better with artillery firing first (mostly), and units in transports are not moved next to enemy units (as often as before). But there are no plans yet to update the earlier scenarios using the additional design tools in AK.

I notice in the equipment file that most German infantry units have the entries 'land sea rail air glider' under Usable Transports.
Any reason why other nation's infantry units do not have the same entries?
