The idea of just limiting on the number of points is cool, but it will also lead to scenario design problems. As an example, you could only buy Steel Legion conscripts, but at 100 pt per unit (if I remember well), that will give you 5-10 times more units to manage than what you have now. And perhaps...

Seeking Yarrick bug ?

It is strange that you do not win if you kill all enemies. Looking to scenario parameters, you win if you have no unit (side 1) on the map and Yarrick is discovered. Should it not be that Yarrick is found and no enemy units (side 2) are on the map ?

Finished Act1. The end is quite strange. I got 3 warnings that a new wave was coming, but nothing came. A small question, why have Blood Angels an bigger (80%) accuracy both in melee and in range combat than other space marines (60%) ?
Moreover, now, all space marines have the same value, but the value should be increased for veteran units and terminators (elite troops).

Concerning morale, that is another reason why I am not using cheap units such as standard infantry. They will have a lot of losses, and thus loose moral a lot. As a result, for a low end unit, you have to buy new losses (1 turn), wait 2-3 turns to replenish moral for every 1-2 turn you are attacking...

Finished last mission. Victory on turn 15/30. No losses... I used the same army as before. No problems at all. Ending the campaign is really strange. It should be the high point of the campaign. Mission 5. I finished it, defending every hex, capturing every enemy hex, but in the end, I lost Requisition points, going from 1357 points at the end of scenario 5, to 657 at start of scenario 6. If it is intended, it is really strange...

Act 2, mission 1. Same remark as Galdred. I tried to move on the left side of the map to get also blocked.
Another point is that some units are too slow (normal infantry, devastator) to be used at all on the map. Perhaps they should have transport.

Beta 3, I have a problem with Opening Faults (first scenario). First time, I killed the warboss (missed the indication at the beginning). The second time, I moved 6 units around him, but still got a loss. I have to admit that the warboss was not intact (but it is written that you must not kill him)....

Big bug in scenario 4, I cannot play. I deployed my unit, but from there, I can only get killed by the enemy units, without having the right to shoot or move.

PS:
I still won, without having taken an action by myself. I don't think that was the goal...

Finished scenario 3, no problem there. Just a point, it is strange that there is a building VP (south west), not really visible, that is not required for victory.
