No, there is no DLC bundle with all DLC for 10 bucks on Armageddon's Steam page. Just an option to buy all DLC at full price at the same time.

I have not found the bundle either on steam (you can get all DLC together but at full price, which defeats the purpose of the bundle) nor there. Where can we find them? I think these units would just need a trait to ignore cover (improved siege or whatever).

Indeed, having some flamer weapons ignore cover and other not is uselessly confusing. I always assumed the firedrake flamer ignored cover...

Nice suggestions : "squadweapon" - the weapon is a squad support weapon. Number of shots don't scale with squad size. As long as 1 member of the squad exists it is assumed the squad weapon is still functional. Very important for the implementation of infantry with heavy weapons choices or squad lead...

Actually, Aekar has a point : I don't see how the arguments developed there contradict my initial statement : Infantry is poorly represented with each squad member considered to have the same weapon loadout, which makes things very difficult to balance (1 heavy bolter per ork in a big shoota platoon...

I much preferred the time when infantry cover was stronger actually. I think the confusion came from a lack of information in the UI, and lack of explanation in the tutorial rather than the mechanism itself. That and anti cover units are somewhat pointless now, given the high risk they need to take ...

Let me see if I understand this right. You guys are advocating for better infantry. It sounds like you want them on the same level as tanks and heavy vehicles, just serving a different role. Currently, an unit of ork big shootas with ST30 already has 30 big shootas.
My proposal would be to make them something like 1 big shoota, 2 shootas, so that 10 have a big shootas, and 20 a shoota.
