Well, in that case, what is the purpose to add this type of unit to the game since there is no "siege type" scenario ? Do you plan to add this type of scenarios ?

May be the problem is there : when I cross a stream with a road, there is no bridge appearing.

DAG : hotseat and existing map

It would be fun to be able to create an hotseat battle with the Digital Army Generator (DAG) just the same as we do with the "new game" function.

It would be also interesting to be able to use an existing map when we issue a challenge on MP server.

Artillery and palissades

I understand why we can't move artillery and palissade during a turn, but it is quite useless to have those interesting units as long as we can not move them out of the deployment zone. In the actual situation, artillery and palissades can just help to protect the camp.

Editing "blocked" and "ford" terrain

I followed the explanations of the help menu (Scenario Editor), but I was not able to replace a bridge over stream by a "ford".
I'm an not able either to use the "blocked" terrain on any hex.

Is there a way to fix the deployment of an army that we have created with the DAG ?
Each time I create a battle with an handcraft army, I found the units all mixed together instead of having them gathered by their types.

Dans FoG PC, les généraux commandent automatiquement aux troupes qui se trouvent dans leur rayon de commandement, peu importe leur corps d'attache. Que l'attaque soit de flanc ou de dos, cela revient au même, les facteurs sont identiques. Am I wrong, but it seems that in FOG a flank attack is the same as a front attack : there is no special penalty for the defenser.

Merci pour ces réponses. J'enchaîne avec une dernière question : Est-ce que dans le jeu sur table l' attaque de flanc est pénalisante pour le défenseur ? Le jeu PC ne tient pas compte des hexagones de droite et de gauche, qui sont assimilés au "front" ; seules les attaques de dos sont pénalisantes.

The one exception are allied generals which will only affect BGs in the allied contingent (and is the only general that will).
