If you click on it the owner is "(Germany)". So it won't get Polish partisans, which I assume is what you mean. If captured by the allies and left unoccupied it may spawn a German partisan.

IMO there is little hope of getting Org lvl 3 as Italy before the end of 1944 or sth, and by then it will be too late. In my current game the Italians got lvl 3 Organisation last turn - 23 May 1943. And when you bomb without inflicting losses then you give enemy unit free XPs - after 25 points that gives +1 for defense and survivability. Yes! Reload 1.12 off the disk, but say "No" to adding 2.00. Download 3.00 from Slitherine, not Matrix. Delete "settings.txt" file from "*:\My Documents\CEaW" but not from anywhere else and it works. Duncan - I will be coming for you. Expect a rubbish turn due to lack of sleep :wink: .
