Re: The Path to Rearmament - 1936-45

Industrial regions are units that appear from time to time. Every one you own will add prestige every turn (probably 20/turn/industry). They can be bombed and destroyed, just like all other units. Are the triggers random? Or are they linked to specific game events? Also are they subject to historic...

Re: The Path to Rearmament - 1936-45

I am happy to announce my latest mod (excluding Grand Campaign 14): The Path to Rearmament . It's a European Scenario, similar to Panzer Fury, that will have multiple starting points: This sounds really interesting. :) I quite enjoyed your Panzer Fury scenario and this sounds like it'll be a major ...

iceFlame: Thank you for sharing the U-boat min-mod. :) You're welcome. :) I knew you'd have some really good ideas and perspectives so I was happy to share. Thanks for being interested and taking the time to look at it. (That way maybe we can get it to the next level). So I ran a test in the...

Re: WWI - Campaign Released, Grand Campaign '14 Announced

I am glad that you decided to add those icons to the WWI DLC. I think it will improve the look of this mod greatly. Not because those were done by me, but I really do think that having proper WWI icons in a WWI game adds a lot to immersion. Yes, yes. Fully agree on the immersion. Good to see...

Here's a couple of screens: http://www.pictureshack.us/images/93889_sshot-4.png http://www.pictureshack.us/images/45898_sshot-7.png I also added the switch symbol to the icons and the sound for the flak gun. In the first screen, both subs were attacked by fighters while running deep. So I think a on...

Re: Battlefield: Europe MOD v1.2

Please let me know more about your ideas and the progress of your testing. I suspect you made U-boats multipurpose - I was thinking about it as well. In Pacific General submarines had two modes: submerged and surfaced mode and it could be easily implemented in PzC as well. Yeah, you actually summed...

Re: Battlefield: Europe MOD v1.2

A new v1.2 is released. This is great. :D I really want to thank you again for all the work you've put into this mod. I think someone commented earlier in the thread that it's more like two or three expansion packs rolled into one, with which I heartily agree. Now that we've got St. Nazaire and the...

Re: which infantry do you prefer (pre-1943)

The biggest drawback is that they are only useful if they are at the river when you need them, and if you buy the fast halftrack they become expensive, but if you don't they can be so slow as to be useless. Agreed. Generally speaking, by the time you manage to get them into position, your spearhead...
